Lindh's high days took place at a time when Sweden was in the world of table tennis. Thus he was in the three finals of the Europe Top 12, which he won three times against Jan-Ove Waldner, who also won the tournament when Lindh reached his first Top 12 medal (bronze) in 1986. In 1989 and 1991, bronze medals from Jörgen Persson made the podiums even completely Swedish. The European and world titles reached by Lindh and the Swedish team at that time did not come out of the air.

Lindh participated in the 1988 and 1992 Olympics in Sweden. He played in eight World Cups, ten ECs and twelve European Top 12 tournaments from 1980 to 1998.

In competition, Lindh played for Kungälvs BTK, Mölndal BTK (both in Sweden), Falkenbergs BTK, TTC Grünweiß Bad Hamm, TuS Vahr-Bremen, TTC Jülich, TTC Grünweiß Bad Hamm, Falkenberg BTK, TTC Altena, Team Galaxis Lübeck , TTC Frickenhausen (all in the Bundesliga) and Kalmar (Sweden).

Since 2002, Lindh is a national coach of the Swedish National Women's Team. Erelijst
