The Disability Act (Wvg) was a Dutch law that stipulated from 1994 to 2006 what provisions should be made by municipalities for disabled residents. The law focused on three groups of facilities:

The law was carried out by municipalities, and every municipality had a degree of freedom to be more or less generous with the facilities, as long as the minimum conditions laid down in the law were met. This policy was laid down in a so-called municipal regulation. The applicant received an application with the decision of the municipality after submitting an application.

The Wvg was replaced on 1 January 2007 by the Social Support Act (Wmo). In addition to the existing facilities covered by the WvG, there are, among other things, household care that falls below the General Health Insurance Act (AWBZ).
