Lianbuquan (Pinyin), Lien pu ch'uan (Wade-Giles), in Chinese is written in two different ways 练 步 拳 and 连 步 拳 which in Italian mean respectively "Boxing for Training Positions" and "Boxing of concatenated positions ". This is a form that was used in Zhongyang guoshu guan of Nanjing and originally would be Shaolin Longquan. The exercise consists of 3 Duan for a total of 36 shi (figures). In the school founded by Chang Dsu Yao, this name improperly uses the name in Meihuaquan as a simplified form. Bibliografiamodifica wikitesto Links externalize the wikitesto
