Josina van Beieren-Schagen, wife of Schagen from 1480-1535 (died 25 June 1543) was the daughter of Albrecht I of Bavaria-Schagen and Adriana van Nijenrode. She was the granddaughter of Willem I of Bavaria-Schagen

Josina married (1) on 6 August 1484 with Wouter van Egmond (1450-1491) knight and gentleman of Zegwaard, Zevenhuizen and Soetermeer. He was the son of Willem van Egmond van Palestein (born 1410-1473) and Johanna van Heemskerk (born 1410). He inherited his father's house in Palenstein in 1473.

She married (2) after 1491 with Joost van Borsselen, Lord of Brigdamme (1465-1524). He was a bastard son of Adriaan van Borselen, Lord of Brigdamme and Zoutelande (1418 - 6 June 1468). When Josina transferred the glory of Schagen in 1535 to her cousin, Jan II, of Bavaria-Schagen, who inherited the glory of Burghorn from his father Jan I of Bavaria-Schagen, both glories came back in hand and remained since then. After Jan van Beieren had received in 1601, at his request, the poultry of West Friesland, Texel and Wieringen in perpetual lease of inheritance, this lease was converted into an immortal inheritance, which was also held by Schagen's men and women in 1606 has remained.

From 1535, there were documents relating to the revocation, revocation, of a transfer, made by Josine van Schagen, widow of Joost van Borsselen, of goods derived from her mother Adriana van Nyenrode, to Willem Turck, husband of Josine from Nyenrode, passing by her other heirs Frans and Ernst van Nyenrode. With an agreement between the heirs about leaving the goods.
