Ticao Pass

The Ticao Pass is located north of Ticao, approximately in the center on the right side of this map (it increases when clicked).

The Ticao Pass is a seaside on the southeastern side of Luzon, Philippines's largest island. The street connects the Samarzee to the southeast with the Burias Pass in the northwest. To the south of the street lies the island of Ticao, where the water thanks its name. On the other hand lies the tip of the Bicol Peninsula, the province of Sorsogon. The narrowest part of the sea-grove is about 17 kilometers wide. At Magallanes, there is the entrance to Sorsogon Bay, a cove that forms a whimsical shaped bulge in Sorsogon on the map.

The places of Bulan and Magallanes look out over the strait. At Ticao, the fishing villages of San Fernando and San Jacinto are on the street. The water is rich in plankton, caused by the strong currents of the San Bernardino Strait. The plankton serves as food for giant manta's, the meat of this large rye is considered to be delicacy in the Philippines. The bottom of the street is partly covered with coral reefs. 12° 39′ NB, 123° 46′ OL
