Hector Ulloque Franco (Bogotà, April 7, 1975) is a Colombian director.
He was born in Colombia in 1975 and began studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Bogota, but his love of cinema encourages him to change his way and enroll in the faculty of cinema and television at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. >
After graduating, he specializes in Cinema, Television and Multimedia at the Sorbonne in Paris and begins documentary directing with Manuel Ruíz Montealegre in 2007 with Hartos Evos, aquí hay.
