XCOR Aerospace is an American company that developed the Lynx spacecraft. However, its development was suspended in 2016 and a third of the staff were fired.

In June 2014, XCOR Aerospace took over the Dutch company Space Expedition Corporation (SXC), which was planning to perform Lynx flights from Caribbean Spaceport planned on Curaçao.
