Orsini-Rosenberg (also Ursin-Rosenberg) is the name of a high-ranking family, which was established in Carinthia and Styria. This gender originated from the Lord Von Graben of the House of Meinhardines.

On August 2, 1633, Mr. van Rosenberg was elevated to Freedom of the Holy Roman Empire and Freer of Lerchenau, Lord of Magereckh and Grafenstein. Already on October 6, 1648, the elevation took place in the Austrian grave state. Since June 1, 1660, the Count is hereditary Grandmaster in the Duchy of Carinthia.

On May 29, 1681, the count was elevated to a state digging, after which he was admitted to the bank of Frankish national graves in the Rijksdag on July 31, 1683. Because the Count did not possess a state-owned county, he had the status of personalist. Since 6 July 1684, the Count had to carry the titles Count of Orsini and Rosenberg. The new title was based on the untimely descent of the Italian house Orsini. On October 9, 1790, the count was elevated to a state of the art.
