The Van Karnebeek source is a sandstone monument commemorating the opening of the Peace Palace in The Hague on August 28, 1913. It is a fountain bench, located on the corner of the Scheveningseweg and the Carnegielaan and consists of three parts. The curved middle part is higher than the two side parts and in the middle has a lion head where spring water comes out. A full text is written over the entire length. Willem C.
