Van Rijsdijk has about 35 books on her name and wrote a column every week; first for Rotterdam Rotterdam and between 1975 and 1991 for Trouw, in which the Rotterdammer then rose. Van Rijsdijk wrote about everyday life, with extra interest for women who, like her self, sought their own way. She also wrote books about mourning, upbringing, phobias and the death of her dementing mother. Resistance struggle 1940 - 1945

Miep Wielenga-Quelle lived in the war in Soest and was active in the resistance group 'Rolls Royce'. She worked together with, among others, one Edith, (Miep Orange), who later appeared as one of the greatest traitors of resistance men. Wielenga-Quelle's brother Arend was one of the many who betrayed this betrayal. Bibliography
