Probiano (Latin: Probianus; floruit 377; ... - ...) was a Roman politician of the Empire, praefectus urbi of Rome, in office on 17 September 377. On that date, in fact, Emperors Valente , Graziano and Valentinian II addressed him a law regarding the preservation of wine, a law which was then inserted in the Theodosian Code.
