Benincasa da Laterina

He was killed and decapitated in Rome, where he moved to serve as Judge, Ghino di Tacco, the native Brigant de La Fratta, part of Torrita Castle (currently Torrita di Siena), thus avenging the capital sentence sentenced by the judge, and executed in Siena, against his family.
