CSTS or ACTS (Crew Space Transportation System and Advanced Crew Transportation System respectively) is a space travel system proposed by a joint study between ESA and the Russian space agency. It is now only developed by ESA. Usable for ISS but also capable of exploring the Moon and beyond. A parallel project of the Russian Space Agency is the Perspektivnaja Pilotiruemaja Transportnaja Sistema.
Since November 2008, project funds have been limited to a feasibility study for a vehicle launch not before 2017.
