Michael Iongbloed (Wemmel, May 11, 1987) is a Belgian dancer and choreographer. He graduated from the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp. He specializes in modern dance, lyrical jazz and classical ballet. Currently (2011) he works throughout Europe as a choreographer and dancer.
On November 29, 2009, Iongbloed was in the final of the television program So You Think You Can Dance in which Belgium and the Netherlands were looking for the best dancers of the low countries. During the live shows he worked as one of the top favorites and ended at the last three.
Iongbloed was one of the dancers in the international musical 'Notre Dame De Paris' in 2009. In 2010, he choreographed the final number for Louis Talpe and Leila Akcelik during Stars on the Dance Floor. In the past years he has been on stage with AnnaGrace, Sylver, Pixie Lott and Fawni.
In early 2011, Iongbloed participated in The Ultimate Dance Battle and became one of five dancers in the crew of Laurent Flament. For life shows, Ion Blood returned for personal reasons and was replaced by another dancer.
