Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Αλέξιος, Konstantinos Alexios) (New York, October 29, 1998) is the oldest son and second child of Paul of Greece and Denmark and Marie Chantal Miller.

After his father, Constantine is second in line for the former Greek throne. His title of Prince of Greece is officially not recognized by the Greek government. His grandparents were Prince Nicolaas of Greece, Prince Dimitri of Serbia, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, King Philip of Spain, Prince William of England, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, Princess Alexandra zu Fürstenberg and Doris Robbs.
