Willem III of Naaldwijk (1397 - 1444) was Erfmaarskalk of Holland, Mr. van Naaldwijk and Honselersdijk and Steward General of Holland.
He was a son of Hendrik III of Naaldwijk and Katharina van Heenvliet. Willem III was sent to the bishop of Utrecht by Jacoba van Beieren in 1427 for a financial matter. After the son of Delft in 1428, Willem was sent into exile to the Burgundian court where he had a seat in the board of Philip de Goede, and was also in charge of stewardy general. In 1440 he was assigned the task of checking all the accounts of the Dutch and Dutch mintmasters. Willem married Wilhelmina van Egmond and Wateringen in 1429. Together they received at least three children, among others.
In 1432, Willem had a conflict about a border dispute with Giessendam about his neighborhood or little glory Naeldwijk, he forgave the glory soon after his brother Adriaan van Naaldwijk. In 1439, he forgives the property of Wateringen as an adultery to his wife, after having been to Willem before marriage. Willem dies at the age of 49, probably dysentery.
