Louis Loucheur

Louis Loucheur (Roubaix, August 2, 1872 - Paris, November 22, 1931) was a French politician.

He fulfilled the ministerial office in various French governments including the Cabinet-Briand in which he was Minister of Liberated Territories and the Cabinets-Clemenceau. He was a good acquaintance of Dutch businessman and diplomat Rudolph Lehmann.

In 1899, together with Alexandre Giros, he founded the company "Société Générale d'Entreprises" (SGE), which was renamed in VINCI in 2000.
