MPH (motorcycle)

MPH is a historic motorcycle brand.

The company name was: Peter Hay, Birmingham.

This was a small English motorcycle manufacturer. MPH was launched in 1921 with models that featured much on the Mountaineer. The MPHs also had a 269cc two-stroke block, but it originated from Wall. The machines were optionally delivered with a two or three-speed gearbox and belt drive. In 1922 a 349cc-Broler two-stroke engine was built and the gearboxes, which first came from Wall, were now involved in Albion. In 1922 the MPH models went out of production and in the same year Broler stopped.
