The prachtlynxspin (Oxyopes ramosus) is a spin of the family lynx spiders (Oxyopidae).
The female grows 6 to 10 mm, the male becomes 6 mm. The spider is reddish brown with a beige and white pattern. The males are less brown, more often gray. The legs are covered with countless long spines. The head brush is greatly increased. Unlike most spiders, the splendid line spider can look very sharp with his eyes. Live on pines, heaths and other low vegetation in the West Palearctic area.
