Rijssens quiet war is a 2010 Emile van Rouveroy van Nieuwaal documentary about the Overijsselse Rijssen. The documentary states, among other things, that the integration of Turks in Rijssen fails because the reforming population leaves little room for maneuver. Van Rouveroy van Nieuwaal has been following the Rijksmen's population and politics for some time. During this period there are heated discussions about, among other things, the curse ban in the General Local Regulation, the Civil Service and the Elsrock Metal Festival. In 2009, the Reformed Reformed massive rebellion against the heavy metal festival Elsrock. There are over 3,500 objections introduced. The documentary provokes wrevel in Rijssen. There is a great deal of commentary on the image outlined, both secular and Christian.
