The Association for Users and Consumers 'Rights (ADUC) is a nonprofit association founded in 1990 as a center for initiative, aggregation and production in the area of the protection of citizens' rights as users and consumers.
The Association does not adhere to the National Council of Consumers and Users (CNCU) linked to the Ministry of Economic Development as it is often in conflict with its directives.
