The Liber Albus (translated: white book) is a medieval legal book of the Dutch city of Utrecht.
Many dozens of council decisions and decrees (city councils) adopted by the city council were included in Utrechts oldest legal registry to serve in the case law. The book was approved by the Utrecht Guards in 1340, and remained unchanged. Among other things, the Seventy is mentioned in this legal book.
New decisions were recorded in the Liber Hirsutus minor (translated: small hairy book). The Liber albus and Liber Hirsutus minor were almost completely taken over in the Roede Boeck (Red Book) between 1388 and 1390. Sources grades Externe link
