The Kuchtuj (in Russian: Кухтуй) is a river of the Far East of Russia (Chabarovsk Territory), Ochotsk's tributary.
It is born from the southeastern slope of the Suntar-Chajata mountain chain, at the northern end of the Chabarovsk Territory and flows southward in a narrow valley, crossing the homonymous mountain chain, parallel to the Ochota and Ul ' beja. Defeat in the Ochotsk Sea at the settlement of Ochotsk, with an estuary partially shared with the Ochota River (via the affluent Chajbas).
The most important tributaries of Kuchtuj are Jagel, Chumnak and Ulkan from the right side of the river, Ozërnyj and Gusinka from the left. Notemodify wikitesto
