Listed work or opus vittatum is a Roman construction technique in which the masonry core core is made up of rows of brickwork alternating with rows of other materials (especially smaller brick tomb blocks in the construction of city ​​of Rome and surroundings from the IV century).

The technique was also used previously in buildings outside Rome, with brickwork rows of alternating layers of formwork more or less regular, with the use of materials available on site.

In Rome are listed Massenzian additions from the beginning of IV century to the Aurora Walls (271-274) built with horizontal brick and tuff blocks.
