Andreas Cornelis (Dries) Koenen (Nijmegen, September 15, 1905 - Amsterdam, July 31, 1987) was a Dutch trade unionist and politician.
Koenen was a communist born in Nijmegen, but in Amsterdam. He was a member of the CPN group after the 1946 elections. He was trained as a smith and active in the communist union. In the Chamber he was spokesman for the CPN Group for Social Affairs, Civil Affairs, Pensions, PTT Affairs and the Railways.
