Græsted-Gilleleje is a former municipality in Denmark. The area was 134.19 km². The municipality had 20,936 inhabitants, of which 10,476 men and 10,460 women (2005 figures). Græsted-Gilleleje counted 454 unemployed in June 2005. There were 8423 cars registered in 2004. It is a coastal town where holiday parks are situated on the banks of the Kattegat on the north coast of Zealand.
After the 2007 redeployment, the municipalities Græsted-Gilleleje and Helsinge were joined to the municipality of Gribskov. 56° 7′ NB, 12° 19′ OL
