Chapel of Binderen

Chapel of Binderen is a small house of prayer on the site of the former Abbey of Binderen, in the Helmond-Noord district.

In 1941 the then still sheep stable was converted into a chapel, this by the foundation ComitĂ© Binderen after the wish of Helmond pastor and historian A. Frenken, who 10 years before had done research on the place. The chapel is managed in 2005 by the foundation Onze Lieve Vrouw van Binderen. The chapel is dedicated to the Our Lady. The chapel is freely accessible during the day. 51° 29′ 22″ NB, 5° 39′ 26″ OL
