Mosè Pinheiro

Moses (Moses) Pinheiro (Livorno, XVII century) Jewish cabalist lived in Livorno in the seventeenth century and one of the most influential disciples of the false messiah Sabbatai Zevi.

Deserved for her knowledge and, as a notorious anti-sabbatical Joseph Ergas generosity, she had a great influence on the Jews of Livorno, urging them to believe in Sabbatai Zevi. Even later, in 1667, when he became acquainted with Sabbatai's apostasy, Pinheiro, along with many other Zevi members, continued to believe that he was the Messiah.

Pinheiro was the teacher of Abraham Miguel Cardoso, beginning with the Cabala and the mysteries of Sabbatism. Refer to the wikitesto tag Voices correlateemodify wikitesto Links externalize the wikitesto
