The Gazette de Berlin is the French franchise monthly published in Germany. Founded in 2006 by Présent-Griot, it is intended for the 400,000 frankfurters who, according to estimates, live in Germany. The editorial team, consisting of French, Swiss and German, is based in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
The name and logo of the newspaper (an eagle holding a parchment and a feather to write in the claws) come from the Franciscan periodic novel, founded in Prussia in 1743.
The Gazette de Berlin is distributed in kiosks in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn and many other cities in Germany. The first issue was printed on June 1, 2006. Links externalize the wikitesto
