Henri Tilleman (Dronten, August 15, 1965) is a Dutch carambole artist specializing in the framework game.
At the age of 12 he started billiards on the small billiard at home. His first billiard club was BBC Biddinghuizen. At the age of 16 he went to play billiard lessons at Tonny Schrauwen.
He holds the Dutch series record 47/2 with 861 caramboles and record holder overall average 71/2 with 62.00 over 7 games. His cadres specialization has given him four European titles.
