Nijmeegse Scholengemeenschap Groenewoud is a public school community in the Dutch city of Nijmegen. The school offers education at the levels vmbo-t, havo and vwo. It is often abbreviated as NSG. History
The school community has existed since May 5, 1955. In a mansion at the Oranjesingel in Nijmegen, the school year started the first 23 students with their classes. Then the school was still called Nijmeeg's Lyceum. In the early 1960s, the construction of the current building was started on the Van Cranenborchstraat.
