Sonja Kimpen (Siegen, April 10, 1959) is a Belgian health coach, author and television presenter. biography
Kimpen obtained a Master of Physical Education at the Catholic University of Leuven. She is mainly known as health coach and author. Kimpen provides courses and individual guidance, often aimed at slimming, health and stress management.
Kimpen presented the TV show You are what you eat on the Flemish channel VTM, which accompanied people with obesity to a healthier life. She also developed the format of the Back Program in your wedding clothes. Kimpen also participated in the fourth season of Stars on the Dance Floor, where she finished third. She was also mimicked by Barbara Sarafian in the humorous program Against the Stars.
