Vivek Kundra (2009)
Vivek Kundra (New Delhi, October 9, 1974) is a US Public Information Officer (CIO).
Appointed by Barack Obama shortly after his posting, after having served as Washington's CTO, Vivek Kundra is making the star of Obama's renewal for US administration and government based on the strategic principles of transparency, participation and collaboration, contained in the short "Transparency and Open Government" programming document.
