Antonino Turano (...) is an Italian artist and writer.
Born in Santa Margherita di Belice, Sicily, lives in Rome. Polyhedral artist, illustrator painter, architect and writer. A student of Toti Scialoja has elaborated the theme of the psycho-optical deformation of the figure (figurative deformities), as an expressionist painter he exhibited mainly in Rome together with Bruno Caruso, Ennio Calabria, Pino Reggiani, Aldo Riso, Giuseppe Ascari and Aldo Turchiaro. Illustrator, has published many poster sketches and collaborated as such with various national magazines (Bell'Italia, Heron, etc.) and other publications.
