Iitto


The Iitto (Iittojoki) is a river flowing in the Finnish municipality of Enontekiö in the region of Lapland. The river originates in the mountain landscape in northwest Finland and flows around the Iitto mountain. Hence she flows south and ends up in the Könkämä River. According to the Swedish government SMHI for water treatment, she is 17570 meters long. The river belongs to the Torne basin. The Iitto mouth is indicated on European road 8.
