Jan Hendrik Simons (Rotterdam, 5 October 1924 - Schiedam, June 14, 2000) was a member of the First Chamber of the States General for the PvdA. Career
Simons studied economics at the Dutch Economics University in Rotterdam. From 1947 to 1951 he was investment analyst at Robeco. Later he was, among other things, Director of Investment Company Unitos. Politics
Jan Hendriks was a member of the First Chamber in the period 1977-1986 and 1987-1991. He was there financial spokesman. He was also a member of the Rijnmond council since 1982.
