Pura Meduwe Karang

Pura Meduwe Karang is a temple at Cubutambahan about 12 km east of Singaraja in northern Bali.

The temple is dedicated to Batara Med Karang (God of the Ground). The temple provides for divine protection of crops and fertile soil. At the entrance are three rows of Ramayana statues. The temple is walled and decorated with columns. There are two split gates and some pavilions.

The main part is located on the upper part. On the side of this is a cyclist. This is an operation (with lotus motif, without bicycle chain) of a previous image by Dutch artist W.O.J. New camp exploring Bali by bike in 1904. Literature
