Real Software was a Belgian publicly listed software company, founded in 1986 by Rudy Hageman and Leo Meuris. For several years, a growth company on Euronext Brussels, but the stock market has plummeted by the bursting of the internet bubble.
The acquisition of an American software company TAVA Technologies - which later turned out to be an empty box - made the company the case and 2001 was immediately the end of the hegemony by Rudy Hageman. Leo Meuris had already moved from the company just before the stock exchange on Euronext since 1999. In 2004, The Gores Group acquired the majority of the shares. In 2008 Real Software and Dolmen merged into RealDolmen.
