Godfried Charles Hendrik de la Tour d'Auvergne (Paris, January 27, 1728 - Navarre, December 3, 1792) was the Duke of Bouillon from 1771 to his death.

Godfried was a son of Karel Godfried de la Tour d'Auvergne, Duke of Bouillon, and Maria Charlotte Sobieski. Godfried married Louise Gabriella of Lorraine-de Marsan, a daughter of Karel de Marsan. Together they received three sons and a born-in daughter.

During the reign of Godfried, there was a great rise (c.1760) of the book pressure in Bouillon, which became the largest center of the printing and printing press in the 18th century. Godfried was the only duke who actually visited his duchy (1757) and in 1771; Usually the Duke stayed in Paris. Godfried died in 1792, leaving a huge debt burden. He was succeeded by his son Jacques-Leopold de la Tour d'Auvergne.
