Object REXX is an object-oriented scripting programming language initially produced by IBM for the OS / 2 operating system. It is a successor to the classic REXX, originally created for the VM / SP CMS component and later converted to MVS, OS / 2 and PC-DOS.

In 2004, IBM released Object REXX as open source software, highlighting Open Object Rexx, now available for several operating systems, including Linux, Solaris, and Windows.
