The Enumatilster Matsloot (often simply called Matsloot) is a canal in the Dutch province of Groningen that runs from the crossroads Dwarsdiep and the Wolddiep north of Boerakker to the Hoendiep south of Enumatil. It forms part of the Oude Riet.

The canal is also known as the Wolddiepje, a somewhat confusing name because it is also the abbreviated name of Langs or Wolddiep. The name Matsloot refers to the grasslands (maggots) through which it runs. The Noorderzijlvest water board has added the adjective Enumatilster, because there are several Mats locks within the water board.
