Vincenzo Anastagi (deceased: 1585) was an Italian knight in the Order of Malta. He had participated in Malta's occupation in 1565, just two years earlier he was included in the Order. During this battle, he caused a significant drop on August 7, giving the knights of Malta the opportunity to breathe. In 1585 he was appointed Captain of the Galera Capitana, but was subsequently killed by two fellow knights.
His portrait was painted by El Greco somewhere between 1571 and 1576.
