An agro-silvo-pastoral road is, according to the decision of the junta of the Lombardy region, a multipurpose infrastructure intended for the predominant utilization of the agro-silvo-pastoral type, and therefore not used for public transit, not subject to code rules of the road, where the transit is subject to the application of a specific regulation.
These infrastructures are those roads, both of public and private property (in the latter case they may, if need be, declared public utilities) that usually combine agro-silvo-pastoral companies, forest areas and pastures on municipal roads.
Frequently used in the past, today they are at risk of abandonment and deprivation, they are usually dirt and are formed by a single narrow width carriageway (even for new roads to be built the maximum limit of 4.5 m is fixed ).
Their automated access is a municipal prerogative, which can set the transit fee.
In the first phase of implementation of the resolution, an existing road census is envisaged and may fall into this category, and then the criteria for designing and building new paths are established. Links externalize the wikitesto
