Burggravenlaan

The Burggravenlaan is the main thoroughfare in the Burgemeesters district in the Dutch city of Leiden. The road is almost a kilometer long and runs from the High Rijndijk first south, then southwestern to the Stadsmolensloot, after which the avenue goes into De Sitterlaan in the direction of Lammenschans and Lammenschansweg. The construction dates from the years between the two world wars. The Burggravenlaan is the traditional starting point of the Great Procession of the celebration of Leiden's Desolation. 52° 9′ 0″ NB, 4° 30′ 12″ OL
