Harry Betts (New York, September 15, 1922) is an American jazz composer, arranger and trombonist.

Betts played in the orchestra of Stan Kenton in the early fifties, for which he also wrote arrangements. He settled in Hollywood, where he worked for television, film and in recording studios. He worked with Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, June Christy, Shorty Rogers, Barney Kessel, Pete Rugolo, Oscar Peterson, Sam Cooke, Frank Sinatra and Mel Tormé. He arranged for singer Jack Jones and wrote film music for, among others, The Fantastic Plastic Machine and Nice Dreams. Betts made one own album, The Jazz Soul or Doctor Kildare (1962), which included Bud Shank.
