Maria Comnena or Komnenos (ca.1154 - ca.1217) was the second wife of King Amalrik I of Jerusalem and mother of Queen Isabella of Jerusalem. She was the daughter of Johannes Komnenos, a Byzantine commander in Cyprus, and Maria Taronitissa, a descendant of the ancient Armenian kings. Her sister Theodora married Bohemund III of Antioch, and her brother Alexios was shortly a Byzantine throne protagonist in 1185.

On August 19, 1165, Amalrik and Mary marry in Tyrus, where Mary is also crowned as Queen Gemalin. A few years later, their daughter Isabella was born, but in 1174 Amalrik became ill and died soon after. Maria reigned in 1177 with Balian of Ibelin, Ramla Boudewijn's brother, together they get four children, including the later reign of Jerusalem Johannes van Ibelin.
