Table gratulatoria

Tabula gratulationis (or Tabula gratulationis) is a Latin expression used in Italian and other languages.

The expression, female gender, can be translated as a "happiness table". It indicates a section often present in particular celebrations such as Festschrift, Liber amicorum, Scripts in honor of ..., etc., made up of essays and studies offered in honor of somebody.

A table of congratulations consists of a list of personalities (colleagues, academics, friends ...) or subjects (institutions, institutions, etc.) that address happiness and wishes to the recipient of the celebrations.

The gratitude list is usually placed at the beginning of the celebratory volume. In addition to the celebratory-intentional intent, subscribing to a cheating tab is usually a dual practical utility: the subscriber buys the volume at a special price (with discounts ranging between 35% and 50% % on the cover price), and the publisher, in addition to being paid in advance, guarantees the sale of a number of copies, which is not irrelevant for publications that typically have limited prints.
