Gas Gas is a brand of motorcycles.
GasGas is a Spanish company of Josep Pibernat and Narcis Casas, located just outside Gerona. The company started Bultaco dealer, later Italian SWMs were imported. When SWM, like Bultaco, went bankrupt, GasGas started producing motorcycles in 1987 with great success. The factory was used by Ignacio Bultó, who produced the Merlin brand until that time.
