Mode Records was an American record label from the late fifties, specializing in jazz music. The label was located on the west coast of America and was famous for the record cases, painted by Eva Diana. Most albums were produced by Red Clyde. The catalog was later taken over by VSOP Records, which has released discs on CD. Musicians whose music appeared on the label included Mel Lewis, Pepper Adams, Don Fagerquist, Marty Paich, Warne Marsh, Bernie Nerow, Eddie Costa, Victor Feldman, Bobby Troup and Joy Bryan.
