Vulgaria, represented by the castle of Neuschwanstein
Vulgaria is an imaginary European baron visited by the Potts and Stella Scrumptious family in their fantastic flying machine, in the classic Chitty Chitty Bang Bang children's movie.
Although at first glance you may look beautiful, you do not see any child playing in the streets. From the villagers, astonished at the sight of the children of Caractacus Potts, we discover that children are not allowed in that city: they have been removed because Baroness Bombarda, ruler of Vulgaria with Baron Bombarda, hates them, and orders each child to come captured and made to disappear from the bag. Despite this order, some Vulgar children are secretly hidden in the city's sewers.
